Smartrak offers a Web based software application developed, hosted, and supported by Smartrak, Inc. The Smartrak application supports larger “Enterprise” size end user companies, Carriers and Carrier Agents, providing a collaborative on-line communications platform targeted at the Automation of Telecommunications Circuit Orders and Management of related Network Assets all done via a hosted outsource service.
Key Elements of the Smartrak application suite Include:
- Tiered Architecture to allow control and management of multiple entities, agencies, or companies and their Network Infrastructure from a single interface.
- Structured On-line tracking of Circuit Orders and related provisioning steps and events.
- Status provided real-time to external and internal parties of Order Incidents, and Add Move Change Incidents (in the form of trouble tickets and service requests).
- Attachment of “embedded” files into the Smartrak database that are related to the network site, circuits, or termination equipment.
- On-line Web based reporting on any Network Assets, Orders, or Incidents, where the reports are exportable in a standard MS Excel format.
- •Activities and changes are date and time stamped real time and then reportable as incidents.
- Ability to upload Network Data from any database, spreadsheet, or the “Carriers CSR” report directly into the Smartrak database.
